- View your personalized portrait preview directly on the website.
- From your preview, choose one of the following options:
Option 1 - Instant Download Portrait
What You Get
- 4K high-resolution portrait with no watermark - perfect for online sharing or keeping as a memory.
- Secure download link sent to your email right after purchase.
What to Expect
- A confirmation email right after placing your order.
- A second email with your download link within 10 minutes.
- If you don’t see our emails, please check your spam/junk folder.
Option 2 - Refined Portrait (Print Ready)
What You Get
- 4K high-resolution portrait with no watermark - perfect for online sharing or keeping as a memory.
- A second, professionally refined version customized by our artists - optimized for printing.
- Secure download links sent to your email.
What to Expect
- A confirmation email right after placing your order.
- A second email with your instant portrait (download link) within 10 minutes.
- Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a third email with your refined portrait (download link)
- If you don’t see our emails, please check your spam/junk folder
Important: Refined Portrait includes both the instant version and the artist-refined version
Delivery Issues
If you haven’t received your file within your selected timeframe
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
- Contact us at cs@yourpawbond.com and we’ll make sure you receive your file promptly.
2. Physical Product Delivery
Mockup & Approval Process
- You will receive your personalized mockup within 2 business days after placing your order.
- You will have 12 hours to review and reply with any changes or approval.
- If we do not receive a response within 12 hours, we will proceed with production automatically to avoid delays.
Production & Shipping
- Once approved (or automatically after 12 hours), your order will move into production.
- Your product will be shipped according to the delivery time you selected during checkout.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping Method
- Economy Shipping: 7-12 days
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 days
Note: The above timeframes already include processing and production time. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
